Digital Meetings
What are digital meetings?
A digital meetings is any Al-Anon meeting that takes place on an electronic device such as a computer/laptop, IPad/tablet, cell phone, or other device over the internet and not held in person face to face.
There are many platforms used to host meetings but these are the ones used in our district:
A few things to consider; ANONYMITY for all AA & Al-Anon members. Exposure of attendees to others in your household and vise versa, whether the meeting is open or clothed. Some content can be inappropriate to children, could be upsetting to those not directly involved in fellowship or could trigger someone who's had past trauma. Please be considerate of everyone's privacy and proper meeting protocol. (ie. use ear phone/headset when necessary and shield your screen if others are in the room) We thank you for your cooperation.
The WSO (World Service Organization)/Al-anon Headquarters has over 300 Electronic Meetings on their website at al-anon.org.

- Zoom - An app that can be downloaded to your phone, IPad/tablet or computer used to host meetings that allow for interactive video and audio. Can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play, is free for individual accounts.
- FreeConferenceCall.com - An app for your cell phone that can be used to host group meetings. Can be found in the Apple Store or Google Play, is free for individual accounts.
- If you prefer CHAT, this website offers a 3pm and 8pm meeting daily: Al-Anon Chat Meetings
