Due to seating constraints, we are only able to accommodate 230 meals at each of the three meal events. Please reserve your meals early to avoid disappointment!
Meal events available:
We have confirmed with the chef the following about the Saturday evening banquet entrées:
· Chicken Piccata — prepared with white wine
· Braised Beef Short Rib — prepared with red wine
· Grilled Mahi Mahi — NOT prepared with wine ✅
For our AA fellowship members and anyone who prefers to avoid wine in their meals, the Grilled Mahi Mahi is your wine-free option.

👦👧 NEW! ALATEEN PROGRAM

We're excited to announce we will have an Alateen program at this year's convention!
✨ Key Information:
🔗 Alateen register online at: Registration2026
⭐ Forms must be completed preferably BEFORE the teen arrives, but can be completed on-site (see notary information below). ⭐
⚖️ A notary will be available on-site if necessary.
🚫 Without these forms completed, the teen WILL NOT be able to attend the Alateen portion of the convention. This is a strict safety requirement when teens are involved.
👨👩👧 Teens Without a Parent or Legal Guardian Present: If a teen arrives without their parent or legal guardian, they may still attend the convention as an Al-Anon member, but not the Alateen program.

District 11 may be hosting, but we cannot do it all!
We are reaching out to ask for just an hour or two of your time during the convention to help make it smooth and fun for everyone.

- 🍕 Pizza Party Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM (included on the Alateen schedule)
- Parents/guardians must sign Alateens in and out of the Alateen rooms (safety requirement)

OTHER DISTRICT & AREA EVENTS
Workshops are another great way to work your program and gain additional information that you may not get in a traditional meeting. They allow you to be exposed to new perspectives and views different from your own those you may here in your area/home groups. Check back frequently as new workshops/events are added all the time.
